    2. thanks a lot .......

      it is enough for papaer-3 to prepare only 3 elective
      such as
      elective-II
      elective-IV
      elective-V

      my second question
      we have to prepare only one elective from given five elective

    3. Dear Jatin,
      ugc net changed to objective type for paper3 from june 2012, so Paper 3 will consists of all the electives in objective mode. elective II, IV, V will be enough to get qualify paper 3, but to get overall 60% on all papers and qualify NET. you need to get more marks on paper 3 so concentrate on all electives.
      focus on objective type questions that will help you.

      explanation given in the blog

    2. i have doubt in the above explanation itself that why i have posted query, my doubt is the output of first mux is z'x+zy' a which is at 0 input of second mux so why its output is not (z'x+zy')y'
      and for 1 output it is xy which makes it (z'x+zy')y'+xy

  17. sanjay
    (z'x+zy')+y' will not work correctly

    eg, first mux i/p, sel, o/p given below
    --------i/p -------------sel------------- z'x------------- zy'-------------------- z'x+zy'
    x =1 , y= 1---------z=0--------------1----------------0------------------------- 1

    the actual o/p of first mux for the above values is 1
    if we AND y' as you mentioned (z'x+zy')y' , the o/p will be 0
    i.e ( z'x+zy' = 1) AND (y' = 0 ) => 0
